This past two weeks I’ve been as busy as I was in all of March. I have so much to share here and didn’t know where to start, instead of inundating you with photos of my niece and nephew who visited this Easter I skipped ahead to last week when I was in NYC for pleasure and for work. My friend Nicki went with me and we spent a day and a half being tourists… remember that scene in National Lampoons Vacation where Clark is trying to high tail it out of the hotel and he stands there about two beats to “enjoy” the grand canyon and then says “yup” and moves on. Imagine that with me and Nicki, she’d never been to NYC and we were determined to make the most of our time. We hit MOMA (everything was of course amazing there but the Cindy Sherman exhibition was mind blowing), St. Patrick’s, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, the Public Library (and imagined we saw ghosts), Grand Central, the Natural History Museum (we hit Central Park on the way), the International Center for Photography (a Weegee exhibition) and then we got to see PULP perform at Radio City Music hall!! If you can believe all that I’ll add in that I shot an engagement session, which I will share here as soon as it’s ready. Fantastical trip but whew, talk about a whirlwind… enough… here are some frames, mostly us messing about and being silly, sometimes that’s as good if not better as being serious!
SaraSounds (and looks) like an awesome trip. I love NYC. Would LOVE to see the Cindy Sherman exhibit. I have always admired her work.
AbbeyLove these! Love you girls. What fun!!
